Skills
HTML5/CSS3/SASS/TAILWIND 95%I am a self-motivated maker and software engineer / web developer. Fueled by a passion for learning, I engage and create thoughtfully, acting in the present to innovate responsibly with care for the future. I find fulfillment in empowering others to do their best work by helping them remove the obstacles in their way. My favorite tools to use are the Python, and JavaScript languages, as well as the Sveltekit and FastAPI frameworks.
My key skills are based around the use of analytics; processing various types of data, disseminating such data and providing an actionable response to return what I need. I’m able to multitask efficiently, optimize, and conduct my duties in a timely manner. Through my experiences developing and learning new systems, I've found multiple opportunities to propose heightened efficiency and efficacy to the team I find myself in. I believe that to innovate, one must be able to work from the ground up. I hope to exemplify this through my career path as I advance and provide the necessary experiences and skills for a role that offers me the space and respect to grow in the tech industry.
When I'm not working, I'm usually deep in my hobbies; such as photography, 2D and 3D design, prop/costume fabrication, and various video games. I also love to cook, and travel to see new places whenever possible. I have modeled 300+ 3D product files, and designed in over 10,000 image projects over the last decade. I successfully started and ran a digital e-commerce web app that generated over 100 consistent sales per month for the year.
A collection of both personal and team projects
From my time spent with Lee, he proved time and time again to be a helpful, and competent individual. His attitude and thirst towards knowledge drove myself and people around us to become better developers and team players at Hack Reactor. I was fortunate enough to work with him on projects and want to say that his work speaks for itself. It is my belief that he will become an outstanding addition to a team not only on a technical, but on a personal, human level as well.
Lee is a phenomenal leader and is always willing to help his classmates and team. He displays a firm understanding of concepts and a genuine curiosity to further his knowledge. Any company would be lucky to have him as part of their team!
Lee is an incredibly knowledgeable, hard-working individual. He is always willing to pitch in and help, and truly cares about group success. He works with great efficiency and effectiveness. It was a pleasure working with him and I hope to have the opportunity to work together again in the future.
Lee Pham is a smart and charismatic man. He is quick to grasp new concepts and immediately able to begin implementing them. He goes above and beyond what is expected of him, a hard worker, talented, compassionate and I have a lot of respect for him.
I’ve worked with many SWE but Lee was one of the best. Lee consistently gave 100% of himself to our team and was critical in ensuring the completion of our projects by the deadline with a high standard of work performance. Lee was always reliable and professional, and at stressful times He was definitely a positive influence on both of us. Overall, Lee was a pleasure to work with and I have qualms recommending him to anybody looking for an excellent SWE.
I've had the pleasure of working with Lee in Hack Reactor's Software Engineering with JavaScript and Python bootcamp since July. In the span of the past 19-weeks, I've seen him develop a real passion for software engineering as well as helping others in their journey to become software engineers. He has a real drive and desire to improve himself as an engineer, and any team would be lucky to hire him!
Lee and I were in the same immersive, but different time zones. Regardless, he helped explain a concept to me that I was struggling to understand. His approach was very kind and helpful and demonstrated a great level of understand on his end. He's someone I would always consider turning to if I needed help and would highly recommend for his dedication to team success!
Lee established himself as a trustworthy classmate, a diligent worker with strong technical and problem-solving abilities. Lee's capacity to accomplish personal projects to showcase his skill set always struck me as impressive. Non-experts may readily grasp Lee's program explanations. He takes his profession extremely seriously. Lee picks things up quickly, yet he takes great care and caution when doing his task. When I was working on my own personal projects, his quick thinking and careful nature helped me avoid some expensive and embarrassing mistakes. Any team would benefit from having Lee on it. It would be an understatement to suggest that he is a team leader. He's gone out of his way to greet newbies and help them with any issues they could have while being a student at Hack Reactor. Lee is a top candidate for any mid-level development post, in my opinion. And I have no doubt Lee could succeed in an upper-level development job with the correct direction and training. He is just that excellent.
I had the pleasure of watching Lee grow into becoming a full stack software engineer. While I was his SEIR at the 19 week Galvanize, Hack Reactor program, I recognized many great qualities that would make him a desirable software engineer. His curiosity stood out greatly amongst his peers. He was always early to class and always the last one to stay, and he often went above and beyond the curriculum to continue learning. He is motivated and not afraid to ask questions. On top of that he is a genuine human being and I think he is a great investment for any company.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lee during our time in Hack Reactor’s 19-week Software Engineering Immersive boot camp. I have seen them grow as a budding software engineer with great potential ahead of him. He has proven that he is a quick learner and able to adapt to his environment effectively. Throughout our time at Hack Reactor he has opened himself up to helping his peers when needed. I believe he will be a great asset to any potential employers moving forward. Lee has been a great peer and I look forward to seeing his development as his career progresses.
I had the privilege of working with Lee for many years. Lee is proactive, result oriented, responsible and technically talented employee and he is always ready to put all his energy and time to get the job done. He has an exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills.
